Issued in a limited edition of 2,000 copies nearly 30 years ago, now out of print, the present work bears no. 0846, with a dedication by the author on the title page. It is presented in a slipcase protecting a hardcover enhanced by a lithographed metal illustration. 336 pages, 634 color illustrations. Format 270 x 285 mm. Near mint condition. Outstanding!
