(CREATION OF THE LINE). 2 Handwritten treaties and 1 Printed: TREATY between the Compagnie du Chemin de Fer d'Orléans à Bordeaux with the Compagnie du Chemin de Fer de Paris à Orléans. Done and signed in duplicate in Paris on November 12, 1845. Signed by both parties represented by the Directors of the 2 companies BANÉS and BARRY, handwritten contract 6pp in-folio on stamped paper - "has been agreed the following. (in 13 articles.) Article 1) The Chemin de Fer d'Orléans à Bordeaux Company will have the right to the use of the passenger station and the goods station of Orléans and their dependencies, such as tracks, courtyards, streets, covered or uncovered embarkation platforms, carriage sheds, passenger rooms, offices and C. in common with the Compagnie du Chemin de Fer de Paris à Orléans, owner of the said stations with the Compagnie du Chemin de Fer du Centre or such other companies as the Compagnie d'Orléans may admit in the future. The stations and outbuildings... shall be common to both Companies. Art. 9 The present Treaty is made for the entire duration of the concession of the Chemin de Fer d'Orléans à Bordeaux. It will begin to be executed from the day of the opening of the Orleans to Tours Station. + TREATY between the Compagnie du Chemin de Fer de Paris à Orléans and the Compagnie du Chemin de Fer d'Orléans à Bordeaux. Done and signed in duplicate in Paris on November 12, 1845. Signed by both parties represented by the Directors of the 2 companies BANÉS and BARRY, handwritten contract 10pp 1/2 in-folio on stamped paper - "has been agreed the following. (in 23 articles.) Article 1) For the duration of the present treaty, the Companies of Orleans and Bordeaux agree to suspend the reciprocal exercise of the right which they may have to the free route. Art. 2 Each of the two Companies making exclusively the traction on its line, will have alone the right to all the product, according to its own tariffs and regulations of the passengers, goods and objects whatever transported on its line.
