Set of Ethiopian religious manuscripts Polychrome pigments on vellum Ethiopia, 19th century 23.4 x 19 x 6.7 cm (largest) Lot consisting of four large manuscripts on vellum in Ge'ez script, to which are attached five miniature manuscripts, some in their pockets. Two of the manuscripts feature miniatures probably added late to the pages and inner binding covers.
