Our Light Cavalry is opposite PRESBOURG, supported on Lake Neusiedel. General LAURISTON is in Styria on the Simmeringberg and Bruk. Marshal Duc de DANTZICK (LEFEBVRE) is on a long march towards the Bavarians. He will soon join the Army near VIENNE. The Chasseurs à Cheval of the Guard arrived yesterday; the Dragons are arriving today; the Grenadiers à cheval and 60 artillery pieces of the Guard are expected in a few days. We took the following prisoners when we surrendered VIENNE: 7 Field Marshal-Lieutenants, 9 General Majors, 10 Colonels... 3000 Non-Commissioned Officers and Soldiers...".
