Appointment of Mr. Jean LARIVIERE Priest of the Diocese of BAYEUX to the Cure of BRAVILLE (14) "which goes by the death of Mr. Guillaume de LA PORTE last titular and peaceful possessor of the aforesaid Cure, whose appointment and presentation belongs to us because of the noble custody of the minor children of the late sieur Marquis de MAILLOC to whom the patronage of the aforesaid Cure belonged because of his Land of BRAVILLE...". - Given at VERSAILLES on April 20th 1691. - Parchment (32 X 47) with the heading "LOUIS par la Grâce de Dieu Roy de France et de Navarre...".
