Piece signed LECLERC, at the bottom of a Closet, for a true copy, Adjutant-General LECLERC Commanding the Place de MARSEILLE in a state of Siege. "The MILITARY COUNCIL of MARSEILLE'S PLACE", on 22 Frimaire year 4 (13 Dec. 1795), declares that the Citizen SALUS, native of Tarascon (13), TAMBOUR in subsistence in the Battalion of the GRENADIERS, accused of having stolen a pair of shoes from one of his comrades, sentenced him to 4 YEARS OF Irons.
