François-Antoine HERMANN is a French Diplomat (Sélestat/BAS-RHIN 1758 - Paris 1837) Consul General of France in London from 1789 to 1792, emigrated and returned to the Consulate. He was appointed First Secretary of Legation of the French Embassy in Madrid in November 1801, then sent as Consul General of France in Lisbon in March 1806.
