(CREATION OF THE LINE). 2 Handwritten Treaties and 1 Printed: Treaty between the Railway Company of Orleans at Bordeaux and the Railway Company of Paris at Orleans. Done and double signed in Paris on November 12, 1845. Exhibit signed by the two parties represented by the Directors of the two companies BANÉS and BARRY, Contract handwritten 6pp in-folio on stamped paper - "has been agreed as follows. (in 13 articles.) Article 1) The Compagnies des Chemin de Fer d'Orléans à Bordeaux shall be entitled to the use of the Orléans passenger station and the Orléans freight station and their outbuildings, such as tracks, yards, streets, covered or open boarding platforms, coach sheds, passenger hall, offices and C. in common with the Compagnie du chemin de fer de Paris à Orléans, owner of the said stations with the Compagnie du Chemin de Fer du Centre or such other Companies as the Compagnie d'Orléans may admit in the future. The stations and outbuildings... will be common to both companies. Art. 9 This Treaty is made for the entire duration of the concession of the Chemin de Fer d'Orléans to Bordeaux. It shall begin to be executed on the day of the opening of the Orléans Station in Tours + Treaty between the Compagnie du Chemin de Fer de Paris à Orléans and the Compagnie du Chemin de Fer d'Orléans à Bordeaux.
