Order of POLICE, concerning the Cabarets and the Garçonnades, given to SOULIGNÉ-SOUS-BALLON (72) on January 15, 1765. "...many private individuals gather and go armed, as much by day as by night, disturb the public rest; gather in the Cabarets to drink, eat, play or dance, even on Sundays and Holidays, at the hours of the Divine Service... running here and there through the Cemetery... hardly against the Offenders of fine and Prison...".
