"Arrest of the Council of State of the king, which orders, in accordance with the Arrest of the council of March 23, 1738, that the Inspectors of the Manufactures & the Clerks in charge of the Mark of the Clothes, cannot in no case, be intimidated at the time of the seizures which they would have made; & forbids to the named Guillaume & Yves Carré, to make, in execution of the Judgment which they obtained at the Parliament of RENNES, on September 7, 1772, no lawsuit or procedure against Mr. Fleury, Attendant for the Visit & Marking of the Canvases, under penalty of all damages, & under such other penalties as may be appropriate.» PHELYPEAUX - at VERSAILLES on September 30, 1772. followed by the Order of Guillaume Joseph DUPLEIX, Chevalier, Seigneur de Bucy, Bacquencourt, King's Counsellor, Master of Requests, Intendant & Commissioner in the Province of BRITTANY, Done on October 9, 1772.
