Woods currently existing & over 30 years old will be estimated at their current value ... The evaluation of the income of the forests of high forests managed in regulated cutting ... when a land is exploited in peat bogs, its income will be evaluated during the ten years following the beginning of the peat bog, at twice the sum of the previous year ...".
