Order made in Lyon on 29th Floréal Year 3 (18th May 1795). "Considering that it is instant to stop the disastrous effects of the agiotage, that to give the greatest activity to the Trade, stop; Art 1°) The Stock exchange of Lyon established by virtue of our Decree of the 27th current, will be opened the 1st next Prairial. Art. 2) All citizens may meet at the Stock Exchange, at the times indicated below, to deal with their commercial affairs, sales and purchases of goods, negotiation of bills of exchange, both from inside and outside the city; bills, notes...
