YVELINES. 1819. "CASE OF POISSY. Ordinance of the King.". Order of CHABROL State Councillor, Prefect of the Department of LA SEINE. establishing a fund for the facility of trade in livestock, and Decree 6 February 1811, re-establishing the said fund, under the name of Caisse de POISSY. "Art.1) The duty of three and a half percent of the price of cattle sold at the markets of SCEALS and POISSY, at that of fat cows and at the calf market of Paris, attributed to our good City of Paris by articles 8, 8, 10 and 11, title 4 of the decree of February 6, 1811, will cease to be levied as of January 1st".
