WOLFF Albert Tyrol and Carinthia. First edition, published in Paris, by Michel Lévy - Librairie Nouvelle, in 1872. Covered with a half-basane binding with a ribbed spine. Fairly well preserved copy: usual rubbings on the caps and spine. Solid hinge. Inside quite fresh with some light freckles. Handwritten annotation on the title page and in the margins of the last pages. Albert Wolff, whose real name was Abraham Wolff, born on December 31, 18251 in Cologne and died on December 22, 1891 at his home in the 8th arrondissement of Paris2, was a French writer, playwright, journalist and art critic of German origin.
