"Warning of the Municipal Officers and PERMANENT COUNCIL of the Town of AMIENS, on article 4 of the Convocation of January 15, 1790." - Done at the Alternative Bureau of the Permanent Council this day, Sunday, January 17, 1790 - "...". A letter from the Deputies of the Bailiwick of the National Assembly, dated the 16th, announces that a decree of the National Assembly was issued on the 15th, which states that the working days could not be fixed beyond 20 sols. Consequently, the direct Contribution to be an Active Citizen should only be 3 pounds. And the Direct Contribution to be eligible must only be 10 pounds. And will make this Warning printed, read, published & posted & sent to Messrs.
