L.LEROY & Cie, yellow gold 750MM and silver 925 MM pocket watch, round case, fluted crown, signed gold enamelled dial with guilloche decoration, minute track, blued steel hands, small seconds window at 6 o'clock, signed mechanical movement, hallmark on case back, N° 1560, diameter 52 mm in its original case Simple revision necessary. This watch belonged to Marius Michel, Count of Pierredon 1819-1907, known as "Michel PACHA". He was an experienced sailor and businessman. He was the inventor of the lighthouses and beacons of the Ottoman Empire. Honours and titles: Pasha in 1879 by Sultan Abdulhamid II, Knight of the French Legion of Honour in 1880, hereditary count by Pope Leo XIII, Beylerbey, "Emir of Emirs" by the Sultan. Barrel close to Victor Hugo, Georges Sand, Frederic Chopin .., ., weight: 84,9gr. gross.
