The Marquis of VIENNOIS, the Abbot of LA SALCETTE, the Count of MEFFREY, DE SAINT-FERREOL, the Chevalier DU BOUCHAGE... "The Assembly is occupied & will not cease to occupy itself with the great object of THE CONSTITUTION... Invites all the French to Peace, to the maintenance of order & public tranquility, to the confidence which they owe to their King (LOUIS XVI) & to their Representatives, & to this respect for the Laws, without which there is no true liberty. Declares, as for the representatives of power who have caused or will cause, by their crimes, the misfortunes of the People, that they must be accused, convicted and punished; but they must only be accused by the Law, and that the Law must keep them under its protection...
