HORLOGERIE. 2 Printed matter: "Arrest of the Council of State of the King, which orders to the Clockmakers to carry their works of Gold & Silver to the Office of the Common House of the Goldsmiths to be tested there, by paying 40 Sols for all Rights, to be after the said Tests made & recognized with the title, to be the aforementioned Works marked of the Hallmark of the Common House & that of the Farmer: And allows the Watchmakers to sell for six months the works which they have at present in their possession, with the load to carry them in one month to the Common House of the Goldsmiths, in accordance with the Declaration of November 23, 1721 - Imp. of 8pp in 4 with band - Of May 5, 1722 + "SENTENCE of the Election of PARIS, which declares 2 gold chains of watches of Woman, 12 watches with gold boxes, & 22 watches with silver boxes, acquired & confiscated with the profit of the Farmer, on Jean FURCY LE ROUX, Masters HORLOGER & David DROTZ his Companion, condemns them in three hundred livres of fine jointly & by body, & in all the costs. And ARREST of the Court of Aydes. Which puts the appellation to naught, orders that what is appealed from will take full and complete effect; gives notice to the Farmer of his offers & consents to hand over to Sieur le ROUX the movements of the gold and silver watches; consequently, orders that the movements will be handed over to the said le Roux, except for his recourse against Abraham DUBOIS & all the others; condemns the said le ROUX & DROTZ in fine & in all the costs." - of 24 March 1762 & 18 March 1763 - Printed in PARIS, by PRAULT, Quai de Gêvres, au Paradis, 1763, 9pp in-4°.
