Nice engraved Header Band, with the royal arms. "The King being informed that...The Parliament of Brittany has forbidden to collect in this Province, the two new Sols for pound in addition to the Rights of its General Farms...". The King declares null and void "the Deliberation taken on the 10th of last month, by the NANTES Traders..."
