Letters patent of the King and Commission made on July 12, 1743 for the Sieur de SAVIÉ, cydevant Cornette Captain of a Company in the Regiment of ESCARS CAVALERIE to in the aforementioned capacity to Command Lead and exploit the aforementioned Company, under the authority of the King, Monsieur the Prince of TURENNE General Colonel of the Cavalry and ours.
