Writer; His son was Deputy of Indre. 3 Autograph letters signed: Letter A.S. the Marquis de BARBANÇOIS Correspondent of the Royal Council of Agriculture, from the Castle of VILLEGONGIS by Châteauroux (Indre) the 12 Nov. 1821 - to the President of the Academy of Sciences - 1p small in-4° - "...I have the honor to pay tribute to the Academy of 20 copies of a Letter, which I wrote to Mr. President of the Royal Society of Agriculture of Paris, on the way of preserving grains in any quantity whatsoever to which is attached an explanatory plate..." + 2 Letters A.S. of VILLEGONGIS 1819, addressed to THUROT Professor of Greek Literature at the Collège de France.
