ANJOU. 1793. Marie Joseph MILSCENT, Deputy of the Third State for the Sénéchaussée of ANGERS in 1789, Lawyer, Deputy of MAINE-ET-LOIRE in 1802 (1752 - 1821). Autograph letter signed "MILCENT", Angers April 8, 1793, Year 2, to his friend BOUCHET: "My Dear BOUCHET, You know the unfortunate disgrace of my father-in-law; In truth he is quite innocent, and the fact is demonstrated today. He presents a request to the Department which first will be sent to the Municipality to have the opinion. It is in the hands of citizen Dieusie; I beg you to speak to him about it and to press for its execution. My father-in-law is sick and needs help so much; I do not extend myself any further, I know your heart and your friendship for me, your friend Milcent.
