The Chiefs of the VENDÉENNE ARMY, was signed on June 26, and ratified today, June 28, by Messrs. SAPINAUD, General in Chief of these armies; LAROCHE-JACQUELEIN, etc. etc. etc. French blood will no longer flow by the hands of the French; the end of our civil dissensions is a beautiful day for the Fatherland. Full and complete amnesty is granted to all those who will return to their homes. The General-in-Chief of the Army of the Loire promises them his special protection...
