CHARENTE. 1827. 3 Posters (53 x 42) printed in Angoulême, on the electoral Colleges of Department: Extract of the Royal Order of CHARLES X, of November 5, 1827. Which names the Presidents of the electoral Colleges of the Charente: DUPONT, Minister of State; ALBERT, President of the Court of First Instance; GROS DE MONTEMBOEUF, Mayor of Montemboeuf and HENNESSY, outgoing Deputy + Order of the Marquis DE GUER, Prefect of the Department of the Charente. Done in Angoulême, in the Hotel of the Prefecture, on November 8, 1827. Considering the Royal Order dated November 5, 1827, which convenes the electoral Colleges. 1°) The Oratory of the College of Beaulieu, in Angoulême, is the building where the College of the 1st Electoral District will meet. 2°) The former Church of the Récollets, in Confolens, is the building where the College of the 2nd Electoral District will meet. 3°) The place where the Royal Fairs are held, in Cognac, is the building where the College of the 2nd Electoral District will meet. 4°) The Oratory of the College of Beaulieu, in Angoulême, is the building where the Departmental College of the Charente will meet.
