The Minister of France here has orders to send me the letters which will arrive from Paris. It is possible that my arrival will take place on the 21st so that everything is ready in my house. I am sending you notes from Paris, badly done, it needs more time to do it well. Give news of me to my Father to whom I do not write. Your affectionate NAPOLEON.
