Castle of SAINT CLOUD (92) on July 27, 1811. 1p in-folio. "I have the honor to send to Your Excellency two copies of the expert's report (not attached), 1° of eight sets of colored stones, a necklace and twelve diamond earrings, 2° of a complete set of sapphires and diamonds supplied for the service of His Majesty according to the orders of Your Excellency by Messrs.
