Thomas HUE DE MIROMENIL, 1st Marquis of Miromesnil in 1689, Lord of Miromesnil and of the Roque (1634 - 1702) Councillor at the Grand Council, Master of Requests (1668), Intendant of Poitiers (1672), of Châlons (1673), in Champagne (1675), of Tours (1689 to 1701), He is the father of the famous Miromesnil Garde des Sceaux. Piece signed " HUE DE MIROMENIL " as Commissioner for the execution of the orders of His Majesty in the Generality of CHÂLONS (Marne) on the Certificate of services of Sieur LEROUX, Dit LA TOUCHE, Soldier in the Regiment of Frezillière of the Company of Grenadiers. The latter is wounded in the arm, "having seen the certificate of the Directors of the Hospital of REIMS. Done in CHÂLONS on October 5, 1675.
