From July 7, 1790 + Proclamation of the King (Louis XVI), on a Decree of the National Assembly, relating to the requests that the Municipalities, could make of the weapons intended for the armament of the Vessels. Of August 20, 1790 + Law which fixes the provision of the colors in the various kinds of Flags, or other distinctive marks used on the Vessels of war on the Buildings of trade. From Oct. 31, 1790 + Proclamation of the King (Louis XVI), of September 21, 1790... on the acts of insubordination committed on board two ships of the squadron of Brest, since the arrival of the Leopard. + Law relating to the Soldiers holding garrison on the Ships. October 31, 1790 + Law concerning the liquidation of the Offices of the Admiralty. Nov. 10, 1790 + Proclamation of the King, of June 10, 1790, concerning the raising of Sailors + Law which annuls the pronouncement of the Jury of Toulon, on the lawsuit of J.B. Marin and Druillet, contains some provisions relating to the judgment rendered in Wing, of November 24, 1790 + Law relating to the supply of tobacco to the Sailors, of November 17, 1790 + Decree of January 14, 1790... any order emanating from the authority of His Majesty must be carried out in the Ports and Dockyards... ". + Law modifying the penal code of the navy. Nov. 2, 1790.
