Declaration of the King with allegorical headband and initials - Extract from the registers of Parliament with headband: "We have been informed that most of the thieves and other people of bad life, who have been banished, not being intimidated by this punishment, not only return to the places from which they were expelled, but continue in the same crimes" - Louis, wanting to ensure the rest of his subjects, orders that all banished people who will be banished will be condemned to the galleys, "without it being in the liberty of the judges to moderate this punishment".
