"The Count of ARBERG claims to take from the Beneficial Estate to the Creditors of the late Prince of Chimay, a considerable sum which is presently to be distributed among them, all the property of the Imperial Francois Hainault, which makes up the portion of this Beneficial Estate, in the lands adjudicated by privileges to the late H.H.
