NASA Apollo I - G. Grissom, E. White, R. Chaffee : signed black & white photo of the crew during a rehearsal on board the Apollo capsule a few days before the dramatic fire that ravaged the CMS 009 command module. Photo accompanied by an Apollo I patch - In a 40 X 30 cm frame. - Apollo 1 (initially AS-204) was to be the fourth mission of the Apollo program and the first with a crew. It never took place... on January 27, 1967, a fire broke out in the command module of the spacecraft during a rehearsal on the ground in real conditions causing the death of its crew made up of the astronauts Virgil Grissom, Edward White and Roger Chaffee. * Black & white photo format : 18 X 22 cm slightly yellowed with some freckles dedicated by the crew of Apollo I, the astronauts V. Grissom - E. White - R. Chaffee. Patch : diameter 9 cm.
