Between Very High and Illustrious Princess Madame Charlotte de NASSAU, Princess of Orange, Duchess of la Trémoille and of Thouars, Lady of the Barony and Seigniory of Berry, and of Mongriffon its annex, Widow of Claude de la TRÉMOILLE, Duke of THOUARS, Peer of France, in the name and as natural guardian of the children of the aforementioned deceased Lord and of Her, being present in her Chastel of THOUARS, and Maître Pierre DELAVILLE Lawyer in LODUN (LOUDIN 86), proxy of Ysabeau MAUGEAIS her mother.
