Published following the Order of the Baron de BOISSY D'ANGLAS Prefect of the Charente Inférieure, in LA ROCHELLE (17) on May 16 May 1815 : "Gentlemen, at the moment, when, from all parts of France, the Military, yielding to the voice of the honor, hasten to join their former brothers in arms to concur in the defense of the fatherland, some malicious ones agitate and endeavor, by perfidious insinuations, to stop this sublime dash, or to determine the soldiers to desert....
