Important work respecting the rhythm of the seasons. 150 recipes both original and rich in tradition. Georges Blanc became, in 1981, the youngest chef in the Michelin Guide and in 1985, he was the first 4 toques in the Gault-Millau guide with the note of 19,5/20 ! Very nice and RARE sending from the author to his colleague Alain Guilloton from Bergerac. Nice copy.
