Very beautiful RARE first edition complete with its 17 engravings out of text of methods of cutting meat, poultry and fish. This book is divided into three parts: the cutting of the meat - remarks on the menus of the seasons and elemens of gourmet politeness, which contains the "code" of the duties of the amphitryons and their guests. Very good condition of the binding; a few small scattered freckles and some soiling at the end of the volume.
