ZENITH On-board chronometer - Oversize Gold-plated brass chronometer watch with mechanical movement - Round case, ribbed bezel, screw-down caseback. - Light silver dial, black painted minute track and Roman numerals, blued steel "stuart pear" hands, small seconds at 6 o'clock, power reserve indication (over 40 hours) at 12 o'clock. The watch could be mounted either in an automobile dashboard, or in a wooden or metal stand to serve as an office or marine clock, for example. Note: the winding stem is missing on this model. Case, dial and movement signed. Movement: hand-wound mechanical. Diameter: 85 mm Condition report: Good overall condition, wear scratches on case, winding mechanism missing, watch works at time of appraisal, no guarantee of operation over time, a usual service recommended.
