American Waltham Gold-plated pocket watch with mechanical movement, circa 1890 - Fully chased round case, scroll-decorated bezel, round bezel, fluted crown, screw-down caseback chased with a bouquet of flowers. - White enamel dial, black painted minute track and Arabic numerals, apple hands, small seconds at 6 o'clock. Case, dial and movement signed. Case numbered 155.455 Movement numbered 3.931.371 Hand-wound mechanical movement Diameter: 48 mm Condition report: Very good overall condition, minor scratches from use, the watch works at the time of appraisal but stops quickly, no guarantee over time, an overhaul is recommended.
