He has served since August 1792 as a Fusilier with accuracy in the 26th Company of the said Section and the 3rd Legion of the Parisian armed force". Patent on engraved vellum (23.5 x 30) filled in with ink. Engraving by Bignon, Place du Louvre. Red wax seal.
