DEUX-SÈVRES. Léon de BESSY, Literator and translator. 25 autograph LETTERS signed, mostly written from the Château de LA SALMONDIÈRE in Arthenay de Vouillé (Deux-Sèvres). Letters written to his Publisher, from 1856 to 1857, about the printing and publication of his works, notably translations of Countess Ida de HAHN-HAHN's books, "De Babylone à Jérusalem" and "Une voix de Jérusalem" (Story of the author's conversion to Catholicism.)
