"Police judgement, between the owners of the Grande Boucherie d'Orléans, against François MIGNOT l'aîné, butcher in Orléans - Prohibition on the owners of the Étaux de la Grande BOUCHERIE adjoining the Porte de la Grande Boucherie, on the Marché à la Crème side, on the Sindic des Bouchers, from renting the front of the said Porte and from receiving any remuneration, given that the said Place is part of the market; Enjoin the Tripières who have hitherto occupied the front of the said Gate, to withdraw to the Grande Triperie, on pain of confiscation of the Goods, 50 pounds in fines..." .
