HAUTE-LOIRE. Arrêté du Conseil-Général de l'Administration du département de la Haute-Loire, assemblé en Surveillance permanente. Séance particulière du 27 Décembre 1792, l'an premier de la République Française. "The National Assembly, alarmed by the dangers to the public good... decides 1°) A force will be organized in the Department, to be called departmental, to go to Paris, and remain there under the orders of the National Convention. 2°) All citizens able to bear arms will be admitted to this force. 3°) This force will be provisionally increased to five hundred men, and divided into companies.
