"Considering that it is instantaneous to stop the disastrous effects of agiotage, that to give the greatest activity to Commerce, stop; Art 1°) The Stock Exchange of Lyon established by virtue of our Decree of the current 27, will be opened the next Prairial 1st. Art. 2) All citizens will be able to meet at the Stock Exchange, at the times indicated below, to deal with their commercial affairs, sales and purchases of goods, negotiations of bills of exchange, both internal and external; bills, bills...
