MARX TOYS C° - USA (1) FLASH GORDON ROCKET FIGHTER RARE Vintage model, not recent replica, produced by Louis Marx in 1951. Flash Gordon (also known as Guy L'éclair), is a comic book hero created by Alex Raymond in 1934. He is shown here as a machine-gunner in the cockpit of his rocket, flying from Earth to the planet Mongo. In lithographed sheet metal, 30.5 cm long. The key-operated mechanism (attached to the toy) triggers sparks at the rear. It works, but the stone no longer emits fire. Very good condition, without box. Condition: A-/-
