MECCANO - France (1) HORNBY "SEAGULL" RACING BOAT Ref. N° 3, Seagull. Produced in 1933. Cream and red. With visor (missing mica). Spring motor tested, working (key missing), on/off lever in cockpit. "Gull" in gold decal on either side of the bow, stamped Canot Hornby, Meccano at the rear. Length: 42 cm. Excellent condition. Mast and bow pennant not original (Meccano offered this set as an option). Original box very worn and missing, illustration label fairly well preserved. Includes a handcrafted foam stern support. Condition: B+/d
