JEP - France (1) - Lot 142
JEP - France (1) DEWOITINE F 260 SEAPLANE Red and silver-gray, in lithographed sheet metal, stamped with the famous stork. Derived from JEP's classic Dewoitine F 260, the seaplane was marketed from 1934 to 1966, without meeting with much commercial success. Not so today with collectors. The engine is working, driving the 4-blade propeller that allows it to glide over the water. With pilot. Traces of corrosion, notably on the engine cowling, small weld on the right rudder attachment, slight discoloration on the top of the wings. Tricolor cockades a little pitted. A non-original JEP key is attached. Condition: C/-
