MERCEDES 300 SLS "PAUL O'SHEA" MECHANICAL
Small-scale conversion (code 3) of a 300 SL into an SLS roadster. Reproduction of the car in which American Paul O'Shea won his 3rd SCCA (Sports Car Club of America) championship in 1957 in the "D" category (modified open sports cars). O'Shea had already been crowned champion in 1955 and 1956, but in a more classic 300 SL "Gullwing". This 1/16-scale model has the same features as the 300 SL from lot no. 300, but without the roof and gullwing doors. Metallic gray, red interior, roll bar behind driver's seat. N° 5 red repeated 4 times. Near-new condition (1 tire cut), key present, luxurious case with certificate (in German).
