The Captain of the Capitainerie-Garde-Côte de VERTON (pas-de-calais) gives to Sieur Claude LE DOUX the office of Captain of the watch composed of the inhabitants of the parishes and villages of Collines, Tigny, Noyelles, Conchiles-le-Temple and dependencies (present-day Pas-de-Calais) given at Montreuil (Montreuil-sur-mer 62) on September 15, 1742. Subscription signed "Le Duc de CHAULNES" giving Confirmation of the said Commission. (34.5 x 23 cm) with his wax seal of arms.
