Copy of a letter written by the Comte de CHABROL Prefect of the Rhône, to the Vicomte de NONNEVILLE Prefect of the Loire, (Arrived by this morning's Courrier, June 14, 1817.): "... Thanks to the prompt and rigorous measures taken, the various points where the spirit of revolt had penetrated have been surrounded and all communications intercepted... Detachments are stationed in the rebel Communes and are proceeding with general disarmament. There is every reason to believe that these events, which stemmed from false rumors of a revolution in Lyon and Paris, will not be followed up.
