Appointing the Presidents of the Charente Electoral Colleges: DUPONT, Minister of State; ALBERT, President of the Court of First Instance; GROS DE MONTEMBOEUF, Mayor of Montemboeuf and HENNESSY, outgoing Deputy + Order of the Marquis DE GUER, Prefect of the Charente Department. Done in Angoulême, at the Hôtel de la Préfecture, on November 8, 1827. In view of the Royal Order dated November 5, 1827, which convenes the Electoral Colleges. 1°) The Oratory of the Collège de Beaulieu, in Angoulême, is the building where the College of the 1st Electoral District will meet. 2°) The former Church of the Récollets, in Confolens, is the building where the College of the 2nd Electoral District will meet. 3°) The premises where the Foires royales are held, in Cognac, is the building where the College of the 2nd Electoral District will meet. 4°) The Oratoire du Collège de Beaulieu, in Angoulême, is the building where the Collège départemental de la Charente will meet.
