Dimensions: 55 x 20 mm - Gross weight: 9.80 g Atelier Pery et Fils is one of France's leading jewelry workshops, having been in business since 1877, still at 7 boulevard St Denis in Paris, until 2012. Initially a chainist under the aegis of Lucien Pery at the end of the 19th century, the workshop grew with his son Albert and grandson Bernard over the course of the 20th century, becoming a key supplier for some of the world's greatest houses, including Boivin, Cartier, Mauboussin, Boucheron and, of course, Van Cleef and Arpels. In the 1970s, the partnership between Bernard and his daughter Brigitte Pery led to the creation of iconic models in the jewelry bestiary. Here, the Bouquetin brooch is similar to the one offered by Van Cleef and Arpels. Atelier" pieces, unsigned for the major houses, are extremely rare and highly sought-after by collectors.
